Merge different field reports

Here's how merging field reports with ArchiSnapper works.

Open your online account, and for any project, go to the report for which you want to copy the observations to another one.

1. Click on ‘More’.
2. Click on ‘Merge observations’.
    
    
3. Select the report in the same project, where you wish to copy these observations. Click on the "Yes, copy all observations into the above report or TODO list."

All observations from your field report are now copied into the other one.

Optional: reorder the merged observations

1. Click on "edit report".
2. Click on "reorder items" in the observations table.
    
    
3. Use the drag and drop function to reorder your items. Click on "save order" when you're done.
