Datestamp on photos
- Go to "More" >> Account settings (only available for admin users).
- Scroll to Field report settings.
- Check the box next to "Add date stamp on photos".
Picture size in reports
- In the online account, go to Layout >> Edit >> 2. Settings.
- Scroll to Report pictures and choose the picture size: small, medium or big.
In the screenshots below you can see the difference between the small size, and the medium size:

Show photos in full size at the bottom of the report
- Go to Layout >> Edit >> 2. Settings.
- Scroll down to "report pictures" and check the box next to "show photo summary below report".
Picture captions
- Click on Reports >> Edit report.
- Scroll to a photo in your list of observations.
- Click on "Add a comment" below the picture and add text.
Tip: you can also picture captions with the ArchiSnapper app on a smartphone or tablet.
Annotate pictures
Here's how to annotate your report pictures with the online account (PC):
- Edit a field report
- Scroll down until you see the photo in your list of observations.
- Underneath the photo, click on "draw". Use the tools:
- Click on Save >> Back to return to your report.

Show pictures as squares
- Go to Layout >> Edit >> 2. Settings.
- Scroll down to Report pictures, and make a selection in the "image effect" dropdown. Choose between squeeze or crop. Here you can see the difference.
Tip: On some devices, you can easily take photos in square format. Check your camera settings on your smartphone or tablet.
