When drafting a report or To-Do list, you can add a floor plan with location pointers.
This is how this works:
- Go to the report or To-Do list you want to distribute, and click on "send report":
- Scroll down, and check the box of the relevant floor plan. The floor plan, including numbered location pointers, will be included as a separate attachment to the report:
- Receivers of this report can now open the attached plan. They will see location pointers for all items of the report that are located on the plan.
TIP: the location pointers are clickable. When you click on the pointers, the details (e.g. name, photos ...) for this observation will be shown.
