In the mobile app, you can easily switch between your own projects and projects with observations, assigned to you by someone else. This allows you to quickly provide feedback on observations, for which you are responsible, while conducting your site inspection!

How does it work?

A user with an ArchiSnapper account can make you responsible for specific observations within their project. This is called a feedback-only role.

These observations will then become visible in your mobile app, allowing you to easily update or modify them during your visit to the construction site.

How to switch between your own projects and projects with assigned observations:

  1. Open the mobile application and make sure you are connected to the Internet.
  2. Click on the 3 small horizontal bars ☰ in the upper left corner of the application.
  3. Click on the desired setting:
  • To view your own projects, click “See own projects” and sync.

  • To access the projects with observations assigned to you, click “See invited projects” and sync.

You can recognize the observations assigned to you by the 'NOK' label next to the project name :

If you see an 'OK' label, it means your assigned observation has been approved by the user who assigned it to you.
